One of the newest members of the team is Dell Bottomley, an accounts receivable specialist. She is one of the many friendly voices you may hear if you call CHWD about your bill.
Dell is responsible for producing water bills for an average of 2,400 customers each week. She also responds to customer inquiries and requests for service. Dell started working at CHWD in May 2007 and has been a great addition to CHWD's customer service team.
