Please continue paying your water bill as usual (check, cash, money order, etc.) until you receive a letter confirming your participation in the EFT service. Once you are enrolled in EFT, you will continue to receive your water statements, but your bank will be authorized by you to automatically pay your bill. From the time you submit your Authorization Agreement, it will take one billing cycle to enroll you in the program. Call us at (916) 725-6873 if you have questions.
