Payment Options Citrus Heights Water District water bills can now be paid using a variety of payment methods. Besides the traditional cash, check and money order, payments can now be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account using our Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) service. EFT is a free, easy and convenient way to pay your water bill. For more information on this service, click on the EFT link below or call the District Office at (916) 725-6873. CHWD Electronic Funds Transfer Payment Program For your convenience, the District also accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit and debit card payments. Credit and debit card payments must be made either in person at the District Office, or via telephone during District weekday business hours. |
